THE START

Tektra is a spin-off and partner company of the Belgian Websters company and draws on 14 years of experience in software consultancy. We recognize the great importance of skilled IT professionals. At the same time, we cannot ignore the structural shortage in the labor market, which is expected to exceed half a million open IT positions by 2030. In response to this challenge, Tektra has implemented a distinctive HR strategy that systematically enables local companies to work with skilled IT talent on competitive terms.
